I have just come back from my daily jog in the forest. Today I was doing a mental and emotional workout, as well as a physical. I was jogging for about and hour and twenty minutes and in the last ten minutes I kept speeding up faster and faster and it felt easier and easier. The energy in my body just felt so phenomenal - it almost felt like "zero-gravity." I can only usually run for a bit and then I feel the energy turn down and weakness take over. Earlier it was strength, flow and power souring in me, and the best part, it was sustaining. The motion of my body was nothing like I had experienced before. I just have to say, it was just a thrill for me.
Today I have had my green drinks, two slices of seeded bread and a bag of mixed nuts. I am not sure if that is what gave me the energy or the mental incantations, or both. If I can work out the strategy to that peak running experience I am going to model it and do it everyday. I would even consider doing a 100-mile charity run if I get this strategy down.
Have running, jogging, walking a part of your life. It is great for you and when you work out the best way for you - if feels fantastic.
Joy, peace and sanity,

Raw Food Binge
Binge - rather a life style. A few weeks, or last week I had enough of eating crap and drinking piss (alcohol). I have had the raw food diet promoted to me by the best resources, so I made the decision. I am on day six and I am about to go out and get some nuts. I have been drinking smoothies with the common ingredients:
spinache
lettice
avocado
brocolli
orange juice
pineapple juice
bannana
When I serve it put a slice of lemon to make it slightly more alkaline. Here is a photo of my first day's shopping:
The foods here are from the Co-Op..... I thought supermarkets are probably not the best place to get quality fresh foods so I have been going to my local fresh food store.
I am looking forward to Sunday when I can have my pizza! I am going to have one "bad" things a week because I will appreciate it far more that way than having it whenever I want. Maybe... I will have a chocolate dessert instead... I will see.

Why?
I see a lot of pain and suffering in people's lives everywhere. Some understandable, some not - either way I do not believe we are as fragile as we think we are after billions of years of being on this earth. I read once that a young girl came into the lounge where her farther was reading a newspaper. She tries to steal his attention but the farther explains that he is busy and wants to finish his paper. While she persisted in getting his attention he ripped out a photo of the earth from the previous page. He tears it into shreds and throws all the pieces onto the floor. “Here, put the world back together again, that will keep you busy for now.” Far sooner than he expected there was the earth put together again like a completed puzzle. “How did you do it so quickly?” the farther asked. “There was a picture of a person on the other side. As soon as I put the person back together again, the world was back together again.”
This is my favorite story to illustrate how all the problems in the world come from all the problems inside the people. When a person is complete, people are complete - the world is complete. We could all wake up on a different planet tomorrow, where everything seems like paradise. It could be as beautiful as Pandora from Avatar, but as long as the heaven only exists out there, it's never going to last because it's not inside of us. I want to help bring the paradise inside for it to then be expressed outwardly.
